The venue is the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences of University of Beira Interior, Covilhã, Portugal.

Covilhã is a inner country median size city in the centre of Portugal. Known for being the centre of wood industry in the XX century, the city has  grown significantly due to the university presence in the recent decades. UBI is a young university which has invested much in internationalization, welcoming now more than one thousand international and Erasmus students.
