Eventos<\/span> <\/span> <\/b>(english version below)<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

As seguintes atividades visam criar espa\u00e7os de discuss\u00e3o do repert\u00f3rio partilhado de conhecimento dos estudos sociais da ci\u00eancia e tecnologia e abrir novos caminhos:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\u00b7 \tParticipar e estimular a participa\u00e7\u00e3o em eventos iniciados e planeados pela coordena\u00e7\u00e3o anterior;
\u00b7 \tOrganizar a confer\u00eancia bienal da se\u00e7\u00e3o tem\u00e1tica reunindo diferentes grupos\/subcampos dentro dos estudos sociais da ci\u00eancia e tecnologia, facilitando a partilha e o di\u00e1logo, estabelecendo uma agenda sens\u00edvel a compromissos com ‘crises m\u00faltiplas’, articulando ativamente com parceiros internacionais (ou seja, associa\u00e7\u00f5es dos estudos sociais da ci\u00eancia e tecnologia) e com \u00e1reas interdependentes de especializa\u00e7\u00e3o e conhecimento;
<\/span>\u00b7 \tOrganizar uma escola de ver\u00e3o de cariz internacional sobre os estudos sociais da ci\u00eancia e tecnologia (em conjunto com a confer\u00eancia bienal) para intensificar e fortalecer o envolvimento de acad\u00e9micos\/as em in\u00edcio de carreira com contribui\u00e7\u00f5es te\u00f3ricas e emp\u00edricas feministas, p\u00f3s-coloniais e decoloniais;
<\/span>\u00b7 \tOrganizar, no \u00e2mbito do congresso da APS, as sess\u00f5es desta sec\u00e7\u00e3o tem\u00e1tica;
<\/span>\u00b7 \tOrganizar o lan\u00e7amento do livro colectivo a ser organizado e publicado por uma editora internacional com contribui\u00e7\u00f5es de membros da comunidade (ver abaixo, \u201cpublica\u00e7\u00f5es\u201d);
<\/span>\u00b7 \tPotenciar a coes\u00e3o e o crescimento da comunidade por via do envolvimento de acad\u00e9micos\/as em in\u00edcio de carreira na organiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos eventos propostos.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Divulga\u00e7\u00e3o e sedimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de sinergias<\/b><\/p>\n

As seguintes atividades pretendem facilitar o acesso ao conhecimento sobre o trabalho dos membros da comunidade dos estudos sociais da ci\u00eancia e tecnologia e criar sinergias entre e al\u00e9m dos membros da se\u00e7\u00e3o tem\u00e1tica:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\u00b7 \tDivulgar ativamente publica\u00e7\u00f5es, atividades formativas, eventos, grupos de leitura, oficinas e outras atividades de interesse da comunidade por meio dos seguintes canais:
\u00b7 \tAtualiza\u00e7\u00e3o do website e redes sociais j\u00e1 estabelecidos da sec\u00e7\u00e3o tem\u00e1tica;
<\/span> \u00b7 \tCriar uma mailing list aberta a todos os membros da comunidade para promover a divulga\u00e7\u00e3o direta.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

As seguintes atividades visam criar visibilidade e contribuir para o repert\u00f3rio de conhecimento dos estudos sociais da tecnologia:<\/p>\n

\u00b7 \tPublicar um livro coletivo numa editora internacional com contribui\u00e7\u00f5es de membros da comunidade;
\u00b7 \tPublicar um artigo que reflete sobre a comunidade dos estudos sociais da ci\u00eancia e tecnologia em e sobre Portugal.<\/span><\/p>\n

Planned activities, according to typology<\/b><\/p>\n

Events<\/b><\/p>\n

The following activities are aimed to create spaces of discussion of the shared repertoire of STS knowledge and open up for novel directions:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Participate and stimulate STS scholars\u2019 participation in the events initiated and planned by the previous coordinating team;<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Organize the biennial conference of the thematic section bringing together different groups\/subfields within STS, facilitating exchange and dialogue, setting an agenda sensitive to critical and constructive engagements with \u2018multiple crises\u2019, actively articulating with international counterparts (i.e., STS associations) and interdependent areas of expertise and knowledge;<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Organize an international STS summer school (together with the biennial conference) to intensify and strengthen early career scholars\u2019 engagement with feminist, post- and decolonial STS theoretical and empirical contributions;<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Organize, within the scope of the APS congress, the sessions of this thematic section;<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Organize a book launch for the edited volume to be organized and published by an international publishing house with contributions from members of the community (see below, under \u201cpublications\u201d);<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Foster community building by promoting the engagement of early career scholars in the organization of such events.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Dissemination and community building<\/b><\/p>\n

    The following activities are planned to raise awareness of members\u2019 work and create synergies across and beyond members of the thematic section:<\/p>\n

    Actively disseminate publications, training opportunities, events, reading groups, and workshops, and other activities of interest to the community through the following channels:<\/p>\n

    • Updating the established webpage and social networks of the thematic section;<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Establishing a mailing list open to all members of the community to foster direct dissemination.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Publications<\/b><\/p>\n

      The following activities are designed to create visibility and contribute to the STS knowledge repertoire:<\/p>\n

      • Publish an edited book with an international publishing house with contributions from members of the community;<\/span><\/li>\n
